Increase Your Eyesight Without Medicines

Our eyes are the most important and sensitive part of our body. It is very useful in spite of being small, because of this we see the finest world and everything around us. Without the eyes, we can never imagine our life. It's really our light! However, we do not care about our eyes as much as other body parts. We should take special care of our eyes. There are many things through which we can keep our eyes healthy.

Below are some tips that you can keep your eyes healthy by doing your own-

Fruits and vegetables: - Take plenty of fruits and vegetables in your nutritious diet, not just carrots. For example, dark green leafy greens, sprouts, nuts, oranges and lemon.

Omega-3 Fatty Acid: - Add fish to your diet, Because it is found abundant in omega-3 fatty acids. The head of the fish is Salmon, Tuna, and Halibut. Studies have shown that omega-3 fatty acids are very beneficial for the eyes.

Wash Your Eyes: - Wash your eyes every 10 to 15 times each morning after washing them with water. Doing this will remove the exhaustion of your eyes and increase moisture and circulation. Do not use ice, cold and hot water in your eyes.

Sufficient Sleep: - By sleeping in adequate sleep every night, your eyes will get essential nutrients and will work properly. Lack of sleep will cause fatigue, itching and irritation in the eyes
