Stay Fit With Diet Rules, Learn Some Special Tips

Serve the food in a small plate for yourself. This will avoid eating more food and not waste too. Eat greens of green papaya or cooked papaya. It is helpful in controlling blood pressure. Drink Green Tea instead of Tea-Coffee This is good antioxidant. Eat fruits, salads, and eat more vegetables at night in the midday meal. Eat a fruit and a bowl of yogurt after lunch. The digestive tract will remain accurate.





















Take home cooked food in lunch only. Avoid eating outdoors. Sprouted cereals, fruits and fat free milk are good snacks and drinks, you can take them any time in the morning and evening. Bring the grated wheat flour. Missy bread is also beneficial. Please include proteins in the food. It takes time to digest, which does not seem to be hungry again and again. In the evening, take dryfruits or snacks. But take snacks away.

If you can not afford rice, then brown rice is a better alternative to health. Eat watermelon, coconut water, melon, cucumber, orange, lemon, gourd and drii etc. They help in completing water shortage in addition to being digestive.
