Easily Remove Frozen Fat on The Hip

By these exercises, you can make them warm by removing the frozen layer of fat on your buttocks.
1. Turn the knees half-way (making an angle of about 45 degrees). Shrink hips muscles. Stay in this condition for ten seconds, then come into normal condition (stretch hands right in front of knee turning) repeat this action for five minutes.

2. Fill a long dug in the currency of the swoop. Turn the knee of the last leg slightly (keep the hands on the knees of the next leg) Stand upright for a moment and stand upright. Repeat the action again by changing the legs. Change legs and exercise with each leg ten to ten times.

3. Take the knees and the body on the next part of the arm. Bend the right foot with knee, keep pointing at the paw. Raise the feet as high as possible, then bring it down. Keep the back straight. Repeat the action for thirty seconds. Then repeat the action by changing the legs.

4. Lift the ground on the back of the knees, folding the knees. Place the space between the feet equal to the width of the hips. Keep hands straight on either side and keep palms on the ground. Raise the hips muscles and lift them up so that the huts rise slightly above the ground. Do this by pressing the head, shoulders, and feet on the ground. Stay in a second this situation. Slowly bring the hips back down. Repeat this verb five times.
